Support (Tenikki)
Tenikki is a handwriting-only diary app. There is no keyboard input — because you can't type, your own handwriting of that day remains.
FAQ
Q. What does “Confirm” do?
When you finish a day's page, tap “Confirm” to make it read-only. Entries are never confirmed automatically at midnight, so you can finish yesterday's page today. You can unlock a confirmed entry at any time.
Q. My iPad entries don't appear on my iPhone
- Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple account.
- Check that iCloud is enabled for the App in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
- Sync may take a little while to propagate.
Q. I don't receive notifications
- Reminders arrive only on days you haven't written yet. No reminder is sent on days you already wrote.
- Check that notifications are allowed for the App in iOS Settings → Notifications.
Q. Pro was lost after switching devices
Try “Restore Purchase” in the App's settings. You need to be signed in with the same Apple account you used for the purchase.
Q. I want to type with a keyboard
The App has no keyboard input. This is not a bug — it is the whole concept of the App: writing by hand only.
